The Vap Procell 21700 4200mAh battery is manufactured in such a way that the user in search of performance can vapourize in an ultra safe way. Through a serious construction Vap Procell offers a quality battery but above all to the national and international regulatory standards (Europe and USA) in order to optimize the vaping experience.

Attached to MP Extra Lithium, Vap Procell has created its own battery made in France compliant. Although its technical characteristics are similar to those of the competition like Samsung INR or other Sony VTC, its interest is based on the regulations. In this case, the little beast of Vap ProCell is certified by: CE (European Conformity) / RoHS (Restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment) / MSDS (Safety and Monitoring Data Sheet) / DGCCRF (General Directorate for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control).

Vap Procell batteries are rigorously controlled during production to ensure optimum performance. They are tested for fire resistance, short circuit reaction, drop, penetration, shock, crush, thermal shock, overcharge, overdischarge and chemical stability. All batteries are certified to meet regulatory requirements.

High performance

With its 4200 mAh capacity, the Vap Procell 21700 battery ensures a long battery life throughout the day.

A continuous discharge rate of 20 A and a pulse of 30 A will allow you to use the minimum resistance supported by the battery at 0.21 ohm (with the 20 A CDC) and 0.14 ohm (with the 30 A CDM). On the test bench, this resistance range translates into a great capacity to adapt to electronic and mechanical modes.

Its charge and discharge voltage varies from 4.2 V to 2.5 V for a nominal voltage of 3.7 V, which is ideal for operating sub-ohm resistors.

You can therefore easily reach 90W with a single battery and 150W with a double battery.

Optimised charging, but safety first!

The Vap ProCell 21700 4200 mAh battery has an optimized charging system that allows it to fill up the terminals in about an hour and a half with an external charger (recommended).

The danger of an unregulated battery is based on the lack of protection against overcharging and overheating. In order to prevent accidents due to misuse of the equipment, the Vap ProCell 21700 is IMR protected with a Continuous Discharge Current (CDC) of 20 A and a Maximum Discharge Current (MDC) of 30 A. The battery is also protected against overheating by an automatic power cut-off system above 80°C. Finally, the battery is equipped with a regulated heat-shrink sleeve that insulates the +/- poles to prevent short circuits. However, there are no power cut-off parameters for this purpose.

Each battery is supplied with a user manual. This means that it contains the legal warnings with 30 additional recommendations. We focus on the use of the batteries, you will be informed in detail about the correct use and the dangers.

Safety rules for the use of your 21700 4200 mAH Vap Procell batteries

In order to limit the risks of sudden discharge and short circuit leading to the release of toxic gases, or even an explosion, we advise you to :

- Avoid any transport with any metallic object (coin, keys, hardware... etc)

- Do not carry them in your pocket or in a bag without any protection such as an adapted storage case or a silicone protection

- Locate the malfunctions of the accessories connected to your batteries (Wrap / resistors / switch / contacts)

A good regular maintenance of your machines is advised to the good functioning of the elements.

We strongly advise you to recharge your batteries via a dedicated external charger in order to prolong their life.
