A high-tech smart lock

Here, at last, is the most astonishing technology in the Aegis Legend 3 kit: the Touch Lock. This little pad, which makes holding the Aegis Legend 3 so pleasant, does more than just provide comfort. It detects whether you have the box in your hand or not. When you pick it up, the box automatically unlocks to allow you to vape, and as soon as you put it down or drop it, it automatically locks again.

If you're not too keen on this system, no problem! Geekvape has thought of those who don't really like change and offers you other, slightly more conventional options:

• Button lock: deactivates the Touch Lock function and locks only the adjustment buttons, while keeping the fire button active.
• Unlock mode: no active lock, with the good old five presses to turn the box on or off between your vape sessions.

The flexibility of an external battery

Finally, this version of the Aegis Solo 3 kit works with an 18650 battery (not supplied). An external battery means you'll always have a spare battery, so you'll never run out. The Aegis Solo 3 has a USB-C port for fast charging (5V/2A). However, we still recommend that you use an external charger to protect your batteries. So you can start vaping straight away, Geekvape has included two coils in this kit:

• Z Series 0.2 ohm : DTL draw - 70 W to 80 W - PG/VG from 50/50 to 20/80 - recommended maximum nicotine level of 6 mg/ml.
• Z Series 0.4 ohm : DTL draw - 50 W to 60 W - PG/VG from 50/50 to 20/80 - recommended maximum nicotine level of 6 mg/ml.

How to fill your Zeus clearomizer

• Unscrew the top cap by a quarter turn.
• Fill with e-liquid.
• Close the top cap.

How to replace your Z Series resistor

• Unscrew the base of your clearo.
• Remove the old coil.
• Insert a new coil with a simple push.
• Screw the base of your clearomizer back on.
• Warning: if the coil is new, prime it well by letting it soak in e-liquid for around ten minutes before vaping.
