Si vous ne fumez pas, ne vapez pas
Si vous ne fumez pas, ne vapez pas
The manufacturer Lost Vape offers us a kit that consists of the box Centaurus M100 and the clearomizer Centaurus Sub Coo. Put simply, this kit is a half-portion version of the massive Centaurus M200 kit. However, beware, don't be fooled by its size, this Centaurus M100 setup knows how to put up a fight.
In fact, with its 100W of full power, adjustable thanks to two modes and ready to kick in at the drop of a hat with the on-board chipset Quest, this single 18650 battery box (battery sold separately) has all the assets to send out a subohm vape. To ensure excellent flavours, it's the Centaurus Sub Coo clearomizer that takes the lead with its 4 ml tank, its adjustable airflow and its compatibility with Lost Vape's excellent UB Max coils (0.2 ohm and 0.3 ohm models supplied).
This kit is the ideal ally for those who swear by the holy cloud and would always like to have it to hand in a compact format, easier to carry around than a dual-battery fridge.
This kit follows the guidelines of its forebear the Centaurus M200 kit but in a slightly more transport-friendly format. In a perfect world, you'd have a Centaurus M200 kit in your living room and a Centaurus M100 kit on your road trips. But be warned, this centaur with a slightly less imposing rump is still capable of satisfying die-hard fans of sub-ohm vaping with abundant clouds. As usual with Lost Vape, we're treated to high-quality, beautifully finished gear, so let's go into a bit more detail about this compact, high-performance kit.
First, let's tackle the aesthetic aspect of the Centaurus M100 box. As usual with Lost Vape mods, this box makes quite an impression, no matter which model among the various more or less flashy colours on offer. Lost Vape impresses once again with quality construction in aluminium alloy, a colour screen that's easy to read, but above all, a multifunctional fire button.
This fire button, as well as adding style, gives you total control over your mod. In the centre, a button to activate your puff or lock your box (three consecutive presses to lock). Surrounding it, a most attractive circle-shaped LED that also serves to display your battery level, and a 360° dial to adjust your wattage with great precision.
The Centaurus M100 box and its 100W of maximum power offer you great possibilities for a subohm vape enthusiast. For your settings, the excellent chipset Quest puts two modes at your disposal: a 'Normal' mode suitable for clearos with pre-made coils and a 'DIY' mode designed for drippers and other rebuildable atis. To switch from one mode to another, press the fire button five times consecutively.
As you'll have gathered, despite its small size, the Centaurus M100 box has everything you need to let loose the horses.
This Centaurus M100 mod works with a single 18650 battery (sold separately). The accumulator is housed behind a magnetic door, and a USB-C port allows your box to be recharged. However, we always recommend using an external charger to preserve the life of your batteries.
Your battery level is elegantly indicated by the LED around the fire button, with the following colour code:
To accompany the Centaurus M100 box, Lost Vape has opted for the Centaurus Sub Coo clearomizer. A little marvel cut out for quality subohm vaping. You'll find a 4 ml top-fill tank as well as an adjustable bottom airflow to suit to your preferences. This clearomizer owes its excellent flavour reproduction and beautiful vapour production to the UB Max coils from Lost Vape with which it is compatible. In this kit you'll receive the 0.2 ohm and 0.3 ohm models.
