Geekvape's Aegis Legend 3 kit: the return of a legendary design
There's no need for a paternity test, the Aegis Legend DNA is very much present on this third generation. A zinc alloy shell, a few small siliconised areas here and there to remind us of the robust nature of the Aegis range. Geekvape delivers a level of finish never before seen on Aegis Legend mods. A reworked user interface
The 0.96-inch colour TFT screen on the Aegis Legend box gives you a practical and pretty user interface. Find all the essential info at a glance: battery level, vape mode, power, resistance value, volts and puff counter. All with an excellent level of clarity and the option of customising your display with different colours.
A kit that packs a punch
Subohm vaping machine, obviously the Aegis Legend 3 kit is beefy. However, its design and Geekvape's choice of materials make for a splendid grip on your e-cigarette. A host of vaping modes

- Smart mode: the box takes care of everything, recognising the coil used and tuning its power automatically.
- WV mode: you set the power manually from 5 to 200 W.
- Eco mode: the mode to promote the autonomy of your e-cigarette while preserving a satisfactory vape.
- Boosting Mode: a little boost for a puff with a peppier attack
- Memory Mode: the new feature that lets you save up to five settings for easy retrieval later.
- TCR Mode: limit the heating temperature according to the coil used (Ni, Ti and SS) to avoid overheating and extend the life of your coils (intended more for rebuildable atos and drippers).
A high-tech locking system
Here it is at last, the most surprising technology in this Aegis Legend 3 kit: the Touch Lock. The little pad that makes holding the Aegis Legend 3 box so comfortable isn't just a pad. It detects whether you're holding the box or not. If you're holding it, the box automatically unlocks to let you vaper, and once you let go or put it down, it locks automatically. In the Middle Ages, Geekvape would have been burnt at the stake for this kind of witchcraft.
If you're a bit resistant to new technology, don't worry. Geekvape also offers you other locking solutions:
- Button lock: disables the Touch Lock aspect and simply locks the adjustment buttons, leaving the fire button active.
- Unlock mode: no active lock, five good old-fashioned presses to turn the box on or off between vaping sessions.
Two batteries to take the watts well
Like any good self-respecting subohm e-cigarette, the Aegis Legend 3 runs on two 18650 batteries (not supplied). The box offers very fast USB-C charging, supporting a charging current of 3A. We'd still advise you to use an external charger to keep your batteries in good health.

Aegis Legend 3 kit: make way for the Z Fli
The Aegis Legend 3 kit takes on the brilliant Z Fli, a thunderous clearomizer. This latest-generation Zeus features a 5.5 ml bubble tank, a 24 mm diameter base that fits the Aegis Legend 3 box perfectly and that's not all. The Z Fli clearomizer features an innovative top-filling system as well as an adjustable top airflow, perfect for preventing leaks.
On the Z Fli's programme: vapour galore and dingo flavours thanks to Geekvape's famous Z Series XM mesh coils. The Z Series XM coils benefit from better flavour rendition as well as an extended lifespan compared to standard Z Series coils (which are also compatible). You'll get two in this kit.
- Z series XM 0.15 ohm : very aerial DTL vape - use between 70 and 85 W - PG/VG ratios from 50/50 to 10/90 - recommended maximum nicotine rate 6 mg/ml.
- Z Series XM 0.40 ohm : more restricted DTL vape - use between 50 and 60 W - PG/VG ratios 50/50 to 20/80 - recommended maximum nicotine rate 6 mg/ml.

Filling the Z Fli clearomizer
- Push the top cap to the level of the arrow.
- Fill with e-liquid.
- Close the top cap.
Replace its resistor on the Z Fli
- Unscrew the base of the clearomizer.
- Insert the resistor with a simple press.
- Reassemble the base of the clearomizer.
- Caution: if the resistor is new, prime it well by letting it soak in e-liquid for 10 minutes before vaping. If you feel a loss of flavour or a burnt taste, it's time to change the resistance.
