How to contact us / contact our customer service?

Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 4 pm. You can contact them in different ways:

How do I cancel an order?

Cancellation of an order is possible until the order is shipped. You can contact our customer service by:

Please note that there is a delay in processing your request if it is made by email.

Important information: we would like to inform you that if your cancellation request is made too late and your order has already been dispatched, the cost of returning your entire order or a product will be at your own charge.

Is it possible to modify my order?

It is impossible to modify your order after it has been validated.

The only solution will be to contact our after-sales service by email "[email protected]" or via our online chat to proceed with the cancellation and refund of the latter if it has not yet been shipped. Please note that there is a delay in processing your request if it is made by email.

In the case where your order is still in integrated status and you have proceeded with the cancellation request, you can save time by creating a new order.

Important information: we would like to inform you that if your cancellation request is made too late and your order has already been dispatched, the cost of returning your entire order or a product will be at your own charge.

How do I return a product?

In order to return a product, it is imperative that you contact our customer service department before taking any action. You can contact us by email: [email protected] or via our online chat. In case of retraction, you will be responsible for all transport and return costs. After validation of your request by our customer service and if they ask you to return your item, you will then have to fill in the following form:

1- Do not do this without first contacting customer service, in which case we will not be willing to refund the shipping costs.

2- The product(s) concerned by the return request must be returned in their original condition (unopened blister pack, unused product)

Which payment methods are available?

We currently offer 5 payment methods:

     - Credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro)

     - Twint

     - PostFinance

     - Swissbilling*

     - Bank transfer*

* PAYMENT WITH INVOICE WITHIN 30 DAYS with our Partner swissbilling. Swissbilling SA is a service provider, that allows you to receive your order with an invoice in a simple and secure way.

NB : Swissbilling issues the invoice (with QR code) 48 hours after validation of the order. An email will be sent to you within this period.

* Unlike payment by Twint or PostFinance, your bank transfer will take more time to process. It will take between 24 and 72 hours before your order is validated. This time includes the interbank delay of 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends) and a maximum of 24 hours for the internal validation of the receipt of your transfer.

Please note: The "bank transfer" payment method is incompatible with Saturday delivery due to its delay.

How Swissbilling works?

Payment by invoice is an option offered in partnership with our payment provider Swissbilling SA. This service allows you to pay for your order simply and securely by invoice. Unlike other payment methods, the invoice is sent to you by Swissbilling separately from your parcel, either by e-mail within 48 hours or by post, depending on your choice.

If you have chosen to receive your invoice by e-mail, be sure to check your SPAM inbox. It happens in some rare cases that the email sent by Swissbilling ends up in this part of your inbox.

Once Swissbilling has received the QR Invoice, you have 30 days in which to pay. After the deadline, a first reminder of CHF20.00 will be automatically charged (as indicated on the invoice).

We would like to remind you that we are not responsible for this surcharge, as the debt is owed to Swissbilling and not directly to our company.

Freevap tip: remember to put one or more reminders in your diary to avoid forgetting to make your payment.

How do refunds/credit notes work?

Following your discussion with our customer service, there are two ways to get a refund:

Refund: you will receive your refund directly to your account according to the payment method used.

Credit note: our crew will create a credit note available in the form of a promotional code available on your account.

Questions about delivery :

Is it possible to group my orders?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine your orders into a single shipment if you have placed several orders on the same day. To provide you with optimum order tracking, our IT tool automatically generates a tracking number for each of your orders.

How long does it take to deliver?

At Freevap, for an order validated before 1pm, the standard delivery time is 24 hours. You will therefore receive your order the day after it has been placed on the website D+1 (excluding weekends).

For an order validated after 1pm, the standard delivery time will be 48 hours (D+2).

Caution : Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday (except for the Saturday delivery option). No shipments are made on Saturdays and Sundays, or on public holidays.

Saturday delivery option:

It is also possible to have your order delivered on Saturday. This option will be available in the shopping tunnel (basket) in the "delivery method" tab from Thursday 13h until Friday 13h (only with Swiss Post, Planzer does not have this option).

Please note: The payment method "bank transfer" is incompatible with Saturday delivery due to its delay.

How much are the delivery costs?

For all orders over 29.90 CHF*, delivery is completely free!

If your order is less than 29.90 CHF*, you will have to pay 8 CHF for delivery.

Saturday delivery option: We offer a Saturday delivery option which is charged at 3.5 CHF in addition to the basic delivery fee (only with Swiss Post, Planzer does not have this option).

* Amount calculated after application of discounts (loyalty rewards, credit notes, vouchers...)

Do you deliver on Saturday?

We offer Saturday delivery as an option only available from Thursday 13h to Friday 13h.

This delivery option is available for an additional CHF 3.5 (only with Swiss Post, Planzer does not have this option).

How do I track the delivery of my order?

You can track the progress of your order from our website at any time by logging into your account then by clicking on the "Account" icon and then clicking again on this icon and "track my orders".

You will also receive emails informing you of each stage of delivery of your parcel, from dispatch to delivery to your letterbox or milkbox.

In which countries do you deliver?

At Freevap.ch we deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver to other countries due to the legislation in force.

How can I access the vaping guides?

To help you discover the vape world, the Freevap crew has made available vapes guidebooks. Several ways to find our guides:

     - You can find our latest guides on our homepage sorted into two categories "Electronic cigarettes" or "E-liquids".

How do I customise my Dashborad?

For your enjoyment, we have set up a tracking dashboard that allows you to follow your progress as a vaper. You will be able to see how many days you have quit smoking, how much money you have saved, how many cigarettes you have not smoked, the effects on your body and much more.

To customize your Dashboard, go to your account by clicking on the "Account" icon and click on "Customize my Dashboard".

All you have to do is answer a few questions to get your very own Dashboard!

What are the advantages of ordering from Freevap?

At Freevap, we offer you many advantages. Not to mention the fact that you will find the largest catalogue of vape in Switzerland at the best prices. We offer a personalized member area, discounted prices on certain products, a loyalty program, the ability to sponsor your friends and family, a group dedicated to vape in Switzerland and a newsletter with our news and exclusive deals.

How do I collect loyalty points?

Each time you make a purchase, you earn loyalty points. No action is required, these points are automatically credited to your account once your order has been validated.

You will accumulate 5% of the total amount spent on your order* for each order.

Example: My order is for a total amount of 50 CHF, I accumulate 2,50 CHF.

*Amount calculated on the total amount spent excluding shipping costs.

How do I convert my loyalty points?

You can access your loyalty rewards from your account by clicking on the "Account" icon and then clicking on the "My Rewards" tab available in the left menu of your screen.

From this tab you will be able to redeem your rewards in the form of a promotional voucher code. This promotional code will be available directly from your cart. You can also find it in your account under the tab "My vouchers / My Credit invoices".

How do I use my rewards?

To use your loyalty rewards, you must first convert them into a voucher. You will then just have to add the code directly into your cart before validating your order.

Please note: Loyalty rewards can only be redeemed at the time of purchase by converting them into a voucher code on our online store Freevap.ch. It is therefore not possible to request a conversion of these rewards into a fiduciary value transferable to your bank account.

How does our sponsorship programme work?

If you wish, you can sponsor your friends and family to help them discover the wonderful world of vape!

To access the sponsorship area, go to your account by clicking on the "Account" icon and then click on the "Sponsorship Program" tab. All you have to do is fill in the "Name", "First name" and "Email" of your friend, click on "I accept the conditions..." and send the invitation.

For each validated referral, you will receive a reward of CHF 10.00. Upon registration, your friend will also receive a voucher worth CHF 10.00 which can be used immediately.

Caution : In order to receive your CHF 10.00 reward, your referral's 1ʳᵉ order amount must be at least CHF 50.00 after discount. Once their order has been validated, you will receive your reward directly to your Freevap customer account in the form of a loyalty reward.

How can I find out which promo codes are available?

You can check the available promotional codes on Freevap at any time from your customer account by clicking on the "Account" icon and then clicking on the "My vouchers/ My credit invoices" tab.

Don't worry, when a promotion is running, we also display the code directly in your cart so you can't miss it :)

What are the advantages of a newsletter?

By subscribing to our newsletter, you will not miss our news, new products and special offers in preview.

Questions about reviews and product queries :

How can I put a review on the Freevap website?

The reviews on our website are managed by "Verified Reviews" and are reserved for people who have made a purchase on our website. After your purchase, you will receive an email inviting you to leave a review. This allows us to be completely transparent with our customers and to ensure that our reviews are 100% true. At Freevap, we believe that this is a real sign of trust!

How can I put a review on a product?

Like our website reviews, these are also managed by the "Verified Reviews" platform. After your purchase, you will receive an email inviting you to leave a review on the product you ordered. Once again, this allows us to have total transparency with our customers and to ensure that our reviews are 100% true.

How can I ask a question about a product?

You can ask a question directly from a product page by clicking below the image on "Have a question about this product?" You will be asked to write your question. A member of our team will answer you within 24 hours (working days).

The advantage of this type of question is that it will then be visible to all our users in the "frequently asked questions about the product" tab. It is therefore possible that you will find an answer to your question already asked by another customer.

Questions relating to the navigation of the site :

How can I change the language?

You can change the language of our website at any time using the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen. You can choose between "French", "German" and "English".

How can I create a customer account?

Creating an account to jump on the Freevap planet has never been easier:

     - You can create your account from our homepage by clicking on "Account" -> "Create an account".

     - You will also be able to create your account when you place your first order before you reach the checkout stage.

You can then fill in the fields required to create your account or use your Gmail address.

Caution, we would like to remind you that: "To enter the website and access to our services, you must certify on your honour that you are authorised by the legislation of your country/canton to buy liquids and electronique cigarette and that you can prove your age of majority at any time by showing proof of identity.

How can I connect to my account?

You have three options:

- You can log in from our age validation box available at the opening of the website.

- You can log in from any page of our site from the "My Account" icon.

- You can also, if you have not already done so, log in before the validation stage of your cart.

How can I log out of my account?

You can log out at any time by clicking on the "Account" > "Log out" icon

What should I do if I have lost my password?

Can't remember your password? Go to your login page by clicking on the "My account" icon and then click on "Forgot your password". All you have to do is enter your email address. You will then receive an email allowing you to reset your password.

How can I change my information?

You can modify your personal information (name, first name, birthdays...) from your "My account" space. To access your account area, click on the "My account" icon, then on the "Information" tab.

How can I add a new address?

To add an address, you must first log in to your account. Once you are in your personal space, you will only have to click on the "Addresses" tab and "Create a new address".

How do I navigate through the menu?

Our menu is composed of two elements, a vertical and a horizontal menu (only on computer) allowing you to quickly access the most viewed categories.

Our vertical menu contains all the categories necessary for your search for materials and e-liquids for electronic cigarettes. You will find a maximum of three levels in our menu allowing you to go from the widest to the most precise search.

How do I find a product?

To simplify your life, we have set up an intuitive search bar at the top of our site. This bar allows you to directly enter the name of the product, the flavour or the capacity you are looking for. It is your ultimate tool to find your products!

How can I find a product easily thanks to the filters?

On each of our category pages you will find a filter that allows you to filter the products to find the right products for you at a glance. Watch our short video to find out how to use our filters.

How can I be informed when a product is back in stock?

You are looking for a product, but it is "out of stock". Don't worry, you can create an alert from the product page. All you have to do is enter your email address (if you are not logged in to your account) and the quantity you are looking for and click on "Notify me".

How do I know if an e-liquid has a degressive price?

We have introduced a system of degressive prices on our 10 ml e-liquids and Vapes pen, allowing you to enjoy yourself at a lower cost. These e-liquids are identifiable thanks to a red sticker "Degressive price" located at the top left of the products concerned.

How do degressive e-liquids price work?

Degressive prices are a discount applied on the standard price of a product allowing you to obtain a discount according to the number of products ordered.

     - From 3 to 5 products: 10% discount

     - From 6 to 11 products: 15% discount

     - More than 12 products: 20% discount

Where are the flash sales?

To find our flash sales products, simply click on "Flash Sales" in our horizontal menu. You will find a selection of products at reduced prices for a very short time. A great way to treat yourself at a reduced price!

Where can I find promotions?

To find our promotional products, simply click on "Promotions" in our horizontal menu. You can find exceptional discounts on a large quantity of electronic cigarettes, e-liquids and accessories for vapers.

How can I add a product to my cart?

To add a product to your cart, you have two options:

     - A quick access directly available on our homepage or on a category by hovering over the thumbnail of the product in question. You will be able to choose the type of product you want and the quantity.

     - From a product page in which an insert allows you to select the desired variation as well as the quantity.

How can I add a product to my favourites?

You can add products to your favourites directly from a product category or from a product page.

From a category: hover over the desired product and click on the star at the top right of the insert.

From a product page: you will find this star at the top right of the product image. Here, it's the same system, you just have to click on the star.

How can I change the products in my shopping cart?

Go to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Shopping cart" icon at the top right of your window.

Modification of a product :

You can increase or decrease the number of products of a reference that you want by clicking directly on the buttons "-" or "+".

You can also directly modify the nicotine rate of an e-liquid, the colour of a kit or the ohm value of a coil by clicking on the "pen" icon. A pop-up window will open allowing you to modify your product.

Deleting a product:

Simply click on the "bin" icon to delete a product.

Note that this will delete the entire reference. If you only want to reduce the quantity of this reference, use the "-" and "+" buttons as described above.

How can I add a promo code?

To add a voucher code, go to your "Shopping cart". In the order summary section on the right, you can find the text "Have a promo code?" Simply click on it to add a promotional code.

How can I see the newest products?

You can find a selection of our new products sorted by category on our homepage. You can also access the "Novelties" category from the menu. This page contains all our new products sorted by date from the most recent to the oldest.

How can I delete my account?

If you wish, you can request the permanent deletion of your account by sending an email to : [email protected]

How to use the booster calculator?

You never know how much booster you should add to your shortfil? Find now our booster calculator.

To use it, nothing could be easier. Enter the current volume of your bottle and add the number of boosters you want. And there you have it, your nicotine level.

How can I choose my gift?

At Freevap, we love to please you! That's why you can find a special space in your shopping cart where you can choose a gift.

Two levels are available, from CHF 0 to CHF 20.99 and over CHF 21.

Just click on the gift of your choice to see it added to your shopping cart for free.

Remember to click on the second tier to see the gifts displayed!

How do I exchange a product?

It is possible to request an exchange of a product. To do so, please contact our after-sales service by email "[email protected]" or via our online chat.

It is important to know that for any request for product exchange following an order error on your part, the costs of returning the product will be charged to the buyer.

The shipping costs of the new product will be charged to the buyer for a product whose price is less than CHF 29.90 or offered for a product whose price is greater than CHF 29.90.

Please note: For any exchange resulting from an error on our part, the return and shipping costs are of course 100% free. After you have reported the error to Customer Service, they will send you a pre-paid return label and the form to enclose in your package.

You are looking for a product, but it is "out of stock". Don't worry, you can create an alert from the product page. All you have to do is enter your email address (if you are not logged in to your account) and the quantity you are looking for and click on "Notify me".

How do I know if an e-liquid has a degressive price?

We have introduced a system of degressive prices on our 10 ml e-liquids and Vapes pen, allowing you to enjoy yourself at a lower cost. These e-liquids are identifiable thanks to a red sticker "Degressive price" located at the top left of the products concerned.

How do degressive e-liquids price work?

Degressive prices are a discount applied on the standard price of a product allowing you to obtain a discount according to the number of products ordered.

     - From 3 to 5 products: 10% discount

     - From 6 to 11 products: 15% discount

     - More than 12 products: 20% discount

How can I add a product to my cart?

To add a product to your cart, you must do on a product page in which an insert allows you to select the desired variation as well as the quantity.

How can I add a product to my favourites?

You can add products to your favourites directly from a product category or from a product page.

From a category: hover over the desired product and click on the star at the top right of the insert.

From a product page: you will find this star at the top right of the product image. Here, it's the same system, you just have to click on the star.

How can I change the products in my shopping cart?

Go to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Shopping cart" icon at the top right of your window.

Modification of a product :

You can increase or decrease the number of products of a reference that you want by clicking directly on the buttons "-" or "+".

You can also directly modify the nicotine rate of an e-liquid, the colour of a kit or the ohm value of a coil by clicking on the "pen" icon. A pop-up window will open allowing you to modify your product.

Deleting a product:

Simply click on the "bin" icon to delete a product.

Note that this will delete the entire reference. If you only want to reduce the quantity of this reference, use the "-" and "+" buttons as described above.

How can I add a promo code?

To add a voucher code, go to your "Shopping cart". In the order summary section on the right, you can find the text "Have a promo code?" Simply click on it to add a promotional code.

How can I see the newest products?

You can find a selection of our new products sorted by category on our homepage. You can also access the "novelties" category from the menu. This page contains all our new products sorted by date from the most recent to the oldest.

How can I delete my account?
