Le Pod Flip by Pulp cartridges are pre-filled sealed cartridges, so you won't be able to refill them or change the coil. If your Original Caramel cartridge is empty, simply replace it with a new one (magnetized to the battery, very easy to use).

If you wish to activate the child lock, you can place your cartridge in the opposite direction (you must see the word "Lock" appear on the bottom of the starter kit).
